Dark Chocolate Poha Pudding

Few days back i prepared this quick and easy breezy dessert for our lunch with dark chocolate and rice flakes, this thick pudding tastes marvellous when warm and too delicious when served chilled,i loved enjoying this delicious pudding warm and this chocolate pudding goes fabulous as dessert for a special occasion..Quite a different from the usual pudding, the addition of the dark chocolate chunks turned out this pudding more rich..

Chocolate poha pudding

1cup Rice flakes/poha
1cup Milk
1/2cup Sweetened condensed milk
1/2cup Dark chocolate chunks
2nos Cardamom seeds(crushed)
Few Roasted Cashew nuts
1tsp Ghee

Bring boil the milk, sweetened condensed milk with a cup of water, add now the rice flakes, chocolate chunks, stir and cook until the rice flakes gets cooked..finally add the crushed cardamoms, roasted nuts and ghee..

Enjoy warm..

My DD hates 'aval' aka 'poha' but likes dark chocolate, so i will camflouge poha in chocolate, actually i do this with bananas, silly me it did not strike in my mind to use it for poha too.

How creative! Thanks for the inspiration
